How to use this?

You will also need Contour Next test strips and a lancet device with lancets (for pricking your finger).
Wash Your Hands:
Start by washing your hands with soap and warm water. Dry them thoroughly to ensure accurate results.
Insert a Test Strip:
Turn on the meter by inserting a Contour Next test strip into the meter. The meter will turn on automatically when you insert the strip.
Lance Your Finger:
Use the lancet device to prick your fingertip. Follow the instructions provided with your lancet device.
Apply Blood to Test Strip:
Gently touch the blood droplet to the front edge of the test strip. The meter will automatically start counting down from 5 seconds.
Read Your Results:
After the countdown, the meter will display your blood glucose reading. Write down the result if necessary.
Remove and Dispose of the Test Strip:
